Non-Returnable Items

The following categories of products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  1. Personal Care & Hygiene Products – Items such as skincare, cosmetics, hair care, dental care, and other personal hygiene products that have been opened or used.
  2. Health & Safety Equipment – Items like face masks, gloves, and medical devices due to sanitary and safety concerns.
  3. Perishable Goods – Food items, beverages, and any other perishable products.
  4. Customized or Personalized Items – Products that have been made to order, including monogrammed, engraved, or custom-designed items.
  5. Digital Downloads & Software – E-books, digital files, downloadable software, and subscription-based services.
  6. Gift Cards & Vouchers – Prepaid cards and digital gift codes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  7. Intimate Apparel & Undergarments – Lingerie, underwear, socks, and swimwear (unless unworn and in original packaging).
  8. Opened or Used Electronics – If the security seal is broken or the product has been used, it is non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.
  9. Final Sale & Clearance Items – Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged.
  10. Hazardous Materials & Flammable Products – Including but not limited to batteries, certain liquids, and compressed gases.

Defective or Damaged Products

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit. Proof of damage (such as photos) may be required.

Exceptions & Special Cases
